How can I book online a court?
ReservaDeportes makes it simple for you, first create a member account by clicking in menu "Access" and fill up all the data, afterwards an email is sent your your mail address, you have to validate it to activate your account!

I am registered, but my account is not active. Why?
Once you register in the application its totally necesary to validate your email by clicking on the link sent to your email.

I am registered, but I find the message "Only for memberships". Why?
In this situations, the Club must validate you as membership after checking all the data, the process is not automatically, so be patience until they can check your data

I have already had an account in reservadeportes.com and now I want to become membership of another club which is also using reservadeportes.
If you have already had and account, its not necesary to create another one, with your account you can book in any Club joined to reservadeportes around the world. .

Where can I check and cancel my bookings?
Just click on the submenu in orange colour: My bookings. If you have not exceed the max hours available to cancel the booking, you will find a red symbol, click it and the booking will be cancelled.
Once I pay an online booking, if I cancel it, the money will be refunded?
If you cancel a booking payed by credit card or by e-purse, the money will be automatically refund in your e-purse increasing your available credit

How will I pay the bookings?
That depends on the Club policy, one Clubs have mandatory online payment and others allow you to pay the bookings directly in the courts.

Do I get any confirmation email when I make a booking?
Yes, after you make a booking, the system sends you an email with booking data

FAQ FOR USERS: GAMES INSTRUCTIONS
How do the games work?
Just for Clubs with online game module activated: When a client makes a booking, in the last step he can look for players of a certain category and level, and also manage the players signed or send invitations to other users to join the open game.

What happen if my game is not completed?
If a match is not completed before the hours fixed by the Club, the system will automatically cancel it and make that hour free for booking for other players

Whats the difference between a public and private match?
When an user creates a game, he can define if it is public or private. If it is public, everybody will see the match and can join it, if its private, other players can just join to the game by invitation.

Is a player able to cancel his subscription to a game?
The Club will define the hours in advance to cancel the subscription to the game. If a player signed to a match and he doesnt go to play, the Club can cancel temporaly the account to make online bookings.

When are the email notifications activated?
Users will get email when Whent the game is completed The game is completed and an user cancel his subscription. The match is cancelled automatically by the system if its not completed on time, One user invites to another to join an opened game One user accept or decline the invitation to join a game

Can I check the online people joined to a game
Once you are logged in the system, go to the submenu: My matches, click in any active game, and check the players signed and players remaining to complete it
